Speaking of Gene, and his Bikin Bis' Blog...
He has a page where he writes about, and links to, proposed legislation related to bicycling being discussed in California, Colorado, Idaho, Missouri, and Utah.
Good to see I'm not going to be the only one looking into this stuff.
