National Pedal to the Polls Day
I'm not a Methodist, but that's OK!
My Polling Place is at a Church,
so that's where I went to vote today!
At 842am, at Precinct # 68605, I was the 323rd voter to cast a ballot.
There are 1, 491,009 registered OC Voters, and, yet again, the turnout is expected to be low.
To all of you who stayed home, and didn't exercise your right I can only say:
Don't complain if a law you don't approve is passed, or a politician you disagree with is elected.
You had your chance to have a say, and you blew it.
I rode my bike the few blocks to the Polling place today, and while my post title is a bit of humor, and wishful thinking, I can't help but wonder how many people, all across the country, actually DID ride their bikes to go vote.
